Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8000031.

This is a hazard that needs immediate attention. My father stepped into the hole and cut his leg. There was a plank of wood nearby that he placed on top of the hole to cover it, but this needs to have a permanent cover.

  • Thank you for your email. Thames Water have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Thames Water and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
