Pavement completely closed with cones and string forcing pedestrians to walk into a busy roundabout. I doubt there is a permit for temporary closure in place. The ‘management company’ for these works is apparently Day Morris 61 Highgate High St N6 5JX who advised me earlier this morning that there is no plan to erect scaffolding to facilitate works (re-rendering building).
