This truck keeps parking in front of our gateway (and creating entrance and exit difficulties) on the pavement and across the cycle path leaving the highway maintenance light flashing in the evenings whilst the driver and his mate go to the pub across the road. He stays parked there for hours. This is the third night he has done this. Obviously it is nothing to do with roadworks and it is an abuse of power. It is also very annoying to have our drive blocked and to have flashing lights for hours on end. I cab provide videos and photos of other days.
