Tree outside no. 25

There is an apple tree owned by the council (I believe sequence 20) in front of our house which has grown quite significantly over the last months and the trees are starting to damage the sidewalk and the wall + fence in the front garden, with some of the branches also being quite close to our bedroom/windows. It has also outgrown the other apple trees on the street, e.g. next to number 31. To prevent any potential damage, can you please prune the tree and cut down some of the branches? I note that there is an open job description (435172), and wanted to understand when this could be arranged.
