The manhole has been loose for a few days and disturbs residents opposite at night. It's also loud during the day,

  • Thank you for your email. Thames Water have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Thames Water and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
