Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue concerning a drainage or manhole problem outside our building, located at 36 Goodge Street, W1T 2QN. There appears to be a manhole (or possibly a drain) near the entrance, directly outside the building. During heavy rainfall, it consistently overflows, causing water to leak into the interior of the building

We kindly request that the council investigate this matter as soon as possible and take appropriate action to prevent further leakage and damage.

  • Thank you for your email. Cadent Gas have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Cadent Gas and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
