Outdoor furniture obstructing pedestrian path

Tables and chairs have been placed outside Buzz Coffee, located at the corner of West End Lane and the side alley beside 217 West End Lane, NW6 1XJ.

The furniture often extends into the narrow side passage, well beyond their frontage, blocking the pedestrian route and creating an obstruction.

This setup appears intermittently, but the obstruction occurs regularly enough to cause concern. Please investigate whether permission has been granted for such use of the public footpath. Thank you.
