Tree outside 177 Leighton Rd

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7738678.

We are concerned that the roots from this tree are causing the pavement surrounding it to be uneven and causing cracking to the cement at the boundary of our property (shown in the photos). We would be grateful if Camden Council could come and review whether this tree needs pruning to prevent the roots causing damage.

    The tree outside 177 Leighton Road is managed on a 3 year inspection/maintenance programme and is next due for programme during financial year 2026/27.

    Tree roots lifting paving is not within our remit of works. Please contact street environment regarding the lifting paving.

    Trees are not managed in cases where they might be causing damage, it has to be proven to cause damage. If you are concerned about damage to your property please contact your Insurance.
