Hello, I couldn't find a suitable category! This is about the bin located on the street near to Torrington Place. The bin liner is changed every day. The bin cannot be seen easily from Torrington Place (where hundreds of people walk to and from the university). As it can't be easily seen, the bin is hardly used, or not used enough. Partly hidden by the bike hanger it also serves as good cover for people to urinate ( and defacate). If the bin was placed on the other side of the bike hanger (thereby facing busy Torrington Place, it will serve much better purpose). In short: the bin stays largely unused becaise it is hidden from the general public. Suggest shifting to other side of bike hanger. Many thanks. Norman Coates. 93 Ridgmount Gdns
