Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7726988.

Workers came and dug this hole yesterday morning, leaving a wire exposed and so surrounding the hole with a fence which is now partially blocking an already narrow part of the pavement. There are no signs indicating who did this, not has there been any activity since.
