A building works caravan is blocking the entire pavement forcing locals to walk on the road. The road is busy, especially in afternoons. I watched a car zoom past an individual on crutches this afternoon, it feels like a dangerous place to block off the pavement, especially as Reachview Close is densely populated and their are multiple young children in the building.
