Pavement between 188/190 Goldhurst Tce, NW6 3HN is almost totally blocked by overgrown hedge

The hedge between 188/190 Goldhurst Tce is totally overgrown to the extent that it has blocked almost the full width of the pavement requiring pedestrians to walk in the road. The shrubbery is hanging at a level of around 1m or less across almost the full width of the footway. This is made more dangerous by there being dropped kerbs nearby, with uneven slopes. Please can it urgently be cut back to align with the property boundaries with the footway- no more encroachment please for the sake of pedestrian safety. Thank you.
