Good evening,

We have just signed a lease for a commercial property at 85 Marchmont Street, London WC1N 1AL. We’ve found out there’s a crack under paving slabs outside our new shop which is causing the water leak indoors. Is it possible for someone from the Council to come and investigate and fix the issue. We would really appreciate if this could be arranged promptly as we are not able to proceed with the refurbishment of the shop due to this issue.
