The drain is located at the end of Albert Street, in the corner of the road, just before the bollards.

The drain overflows when it rains heavily. The puddle extends all the way to the start of the dropped kerb (i.e. the start of the driveway) at 2-4 Albert Street.

The puddle has been spotted a few times over the last couple of months when there has been heavy rain. However, last night (7th June 2025) the puddle was very big due to the sudden heavy rain fall.

There is concern that next time it rains heavily the puddle could grow larger and spill over the pavement/driveway and into front doors of 2-4 and 6 Albert Street (as they are below the road surface).
