Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7612242.

Residents are grateful for the recent work undertaken to repair the trench defect left by G-Network.

However, there is a second trench very nearby which is also defective.

We are sadly still suffering from vibrations caused by the road surface. Our building should not be vibrating in any way as a consequence of the poor road surface. It remains distressing to us residents and damaging to our building.

The trench repair is fortunately quite straight forward and quick. The previous work was started and completed in under 48 hours. And they did a great job.

But please can this now be repeated for this second trench!

  • Thank you for your email. We were not made aware of any issues with a second trench until after the first trench repair had been carried out. Had we of known at the time of issues with another trench we could have got this resolved at the same time. We are speaking with the contractor to sort a date for the repair to be carried out.
