Two trees on each end of carpark

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7589847.

I am posting this problem regarding these two trees that have been planted on private land, the street is Alexandra Place. Our side of the street where the trees have been planted is private land, the other side is owned by the council. Our permission was never sought for the tree planting. Please email me regarding this issue, as I have been directed here from your colleagues.
