There is a tent obstructing significant portion of pavement. The other two tents are at least next to a tree where pavement is almost unusable anyway. But one tent is right on pavement and because of a lamp post and a tree one needs to zigzag to get through this section of the street.

Ideally, you would remove all tents in the area and put people into shelter. But at minimum move the ones that clearly obstruct pavement.

I did not find any better matching option in the tool, so reporting as pavement issue.
