Good afternoon,

We have scheduled a large set of works to the façade of Benin House, planning permission and all authority requirements have been approved, scaffolding is due to commence erection W/c Monday 26th May, however on site visit today concerns have been raised on the tree pictured below and how close it is to the building in question, please may you arrange for this to be pruned or cut back to allow works to proceed without any further delays,
