Pavement outside number 35 Lyndhurst Road

Overhanging bush is completely obstructing the pavement and needs to be pruned back urgently. Cannot walk under it and it obstructs the whole width of the pavement: now necessary to step out onto the road to pass. This is dangerous as it is the inside of the bend; would be particularly dangerous for someone pushing a buggy
