Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7505201.

A large chunk of the tile that is the "'Y" of Lyndhurst Road has been broken off. I would like someone to come and fix it. I have tried to attach a photo but this website will not accept my photo. It has been like this for a month.
