  • Dear Mr Bell,

    Thank you for your enquiry.

    The tree outside 20 Downside Crescent is no longer managed as a newly planted tree as it was planted in 2017. The roots of this tree should now be established and we would normally arrange for the stakes to be removed on the next round of maintenance in 2026/27. However, as they have fallen I will arrange for the tree contractor to remove them.
