Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7499084.

I have been sent two emails regarding this after my first log The first said there was nothing that could be done as it was not a young tree. Still think it's dangerous but told it would be looked at during cyclical maintenance 26/27! Received another email today saying it had been repaired - it has not!

    Thank you for your enquiry.

    Apologies for any confusion. The first response you received to say unfortunately there is nothing we can do with the tree is the correct response. This tree cannot be re-staked due to it's mature status. The roots of the tree are already in place and trying to push the tree back up would only make the tree unstable.

    It will be reviewed on the next round of programme maintenance in 2026/27.
