Low overhanging branches. Completely covers my garden. The main issue is safety and also anti social behaviour from junkies gathering under tree and smoking crack and urinating through railings into my front garden

  • Tree surgeons turned up a few weeks ago but the parking had not been suspended so they could not do any work. I was outside my flat no 24a and a man walked past and cracked his head off a branch. He had a go at me about it. Can you please advise when they will return. The tree overhangs the whole of my garden at front of the house and all across the pavement and the road. It’s dangerous and as I said before a lot of junkies hang out under it
