Hello,

We've written to you before, but don't seem to have a response. We have a problem with the paving stones outside the building I own, at 28 Holmes Road (NW5 3AB). These pavement stones are very badly cracked and, as a consequence, when it rains, water floods into my basement and causes much havoc and distress.

The state of the paving stones is also very dangerous for anybody walking. I have approached a surveyor about this, and he tells me this is a problem you should be able to fix. I have enclosed a picture of the two worst paving stones. I pay extremely high business rates every month, so I would appreciate a reply and an outcome soonest.

I see Camden council have done a splendid job of the pavement outside St Joseph's, the Catholic primary school opposite our building. I would love you to do the same. Walking on that side of the pavement is like walking on air!
