Tree outside door B sandwich house

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7318742.

A surgical mask has been in the tree and not blowing away, it it right outside windows and it is getting increasingly dirty. There is also an additional piece of free plastic in the same tree.
