Tree on pavement outside 187 Prince of Wales Road

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7310393.

A Kryptonite bike lock has been left around the tree trunk, preventing it from growing. It looks like there was once a bicycle locked to the tree but there is no bicycle there now and the lock appears to have been sawn, but it is not possible to remove the lock from around the tree trunk, which will hinder its growth.
