This issue has been reported before. The tree roots have burrowed underground and caused the ground to bulge, posing a significant safety and health hazard to residents. The highest point of the bulge has already formed an angle of nearly 30 degrees with the ground, and simply filling the gaps caused by the bulge is not a viable solution. Particularly, this tree is too close to the alley way access, and the exit is on an uphill slope, causing great inconvenience to elderly residents. Several people have already fallen here. As the tree continues to grow, the only way to completely resolve this issue is to remove the tree.
