Hello. this manhole was repaired a month ago, but the noise it makes it still there. every time a car drives over it makes 2 very loud metallic sounds. its 24/7 and unbearable because it makes it impossible to sleep through the night. PLEASE send someone to drop a cover on it until it can be fixed properly. the manhole cover is getting looser every day and the noise is getting louder. please help! thank you!
