No. 19 Rona Road

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7281634.

NOTE: I selected utility cabinet in order to submit the complaint. There is a high-pitched whining audible on Rona Road in the mornings, from around 5am – 7.30 am. Many residents on the street can hear it. Please advise.
