Behind the closed down opera House located in West hampstead Mews

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7261757.

The issue is a Road sign has been marked on the Cobbled Road which is surrounded by chains blocking entry for other vehicles and this is a public road. We all need permits to park our cars and who ever has placed the chains has done so to avoid having a permit
