Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7248450.

The bag has been riddled with holes either by a cat or fox's claws so when I fill it up with water it leaks. Zipped Bag needs replacing

Also the attaching canvas straps from tree to the stake are broken.
