The three closest street lights on Goods way to york way

The street light (circled on yellow on the photo I may have uploaded?) on the corner is pulsing, looking like it's about to fail.

The next two lights (on a lamp post each) on goods way, as you head away from york way have not been lit for quite some time.

I suspect the bulbs for all three need replacing. The area is getting dark, and when the final light does eventually fail it's going to be very dark. Most of the lighting is provided by the lights on the hoarding.
