Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7239847.

There's some deteriorated metal cable conduit which is rubbing against the insulation of what looks like mains-voltage electrical wiring. This wiring leads to a working lamp which does turn on, so presumably the wiring is live.
