Apple Butter Cafe at 32-34 Monmouth St, London WC2H 9HA puts out queue barriers obstructing the pavement every day. These are clearly beyond their boundary as marked by the studs on the pavement in front of the shop. Due to the nearby tree, the pavement becomes substantially obstructed and pedestrians end up walking in the road.
