On pavement outside 93 Ridgmount Garden in Torrington Place

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7129361.

The new manhole cover worked well for six months and is now bumping up and down again. Thousands of people (mostly students) walk over it each day creating a thumping noise. I live on the (low) first floor and I am aware of it well into the night. I would be grateful if you could sort it out. Thanks, Norman Coates

  • BT/Openreach have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to BT Openreach and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
