For the past year and longer, vehicles pull in front of this flat at a high speed, do not see the front stoop (small wooden block) and crash into it. This is damaging to both vehicles and to the front stoop and flat safety and accessibility. It is also a hazard if the driver does not move the stoop back into place. It would be wonderful if a reflective traffic cone (or something similar) could be placed in front of the stoop to avoid collisions.
