Cycle lane closed for two months unnecessarily

There have been signs saying the cycle lane is closed and multiple other blockages in the cycle unnecessarily when roadworks are outside 123 Grays Inn Road.

This would make sense if the signs will be stored there temporarily, but it has been two months on all roadworks are finished in this area and the cycle lane need not be closed
