Manhole cover on Gower St, outside 18 Gower St

Manhole cover has been loose for several months. Every time a car goes over it it rattles and is very noisy. I've already reported this and nothing has changed. Thank you.

  • UCL have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to UCL and they are raising an order for repair.
