Pavement outside 53 Howitt Road NW3

There was a small tree which has been cut down due to it dying. It had a huge area of soil around it from a previously removed tree a number of years back that had grown very large. I expect the cut down tree will be replaced with a sapling but the area of soil should be reduced to provide more footpath by paving over some of the area leaving the usual one slab square for a new tree. This is especially important for the unsighted person who walks along periodically and has difficulty navigating around the uneven clumps of soil/weeds. This could be done still allowing an area of soil around the remaining stump where the new tree will be planted at some point. This could be done at the same time as the the upcoming footpath and street works around 20 January of which notification has been posted.
