Sent to Camden Borough Council 1 week, 2 days, 33 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6918149.

The response to report 6866648 was to say "not the council's responsibility" and to close the issue, which doesn't allow further responses. When exactly will the remedial works be done? This reporting service doesn't work if these issues just vaguely go on an external contractor's list with no deadline. Could you please expedite the works and update here when they will take place. Thanks.

  • Vodafone are responsible for its maintenance and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works under ref NX512KMV1489. We have completed a site inspection and chased Vodafone for further remedial repair.
