Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6813266.

We are experiencing water ingress into the basement of the properties due to the paving blocks. This issue has been previously raised, and we were informed by Camden Council that it is not under your responsibility.

However, we understand that a similar issue was resolved by you for properties a few doors down. In light of this, we kindly appeal for your assistance in addressing this matter.

Your help would be greatly appreciated, and we are happy to provide further details or discuss this further if needed.
