I’m reaching out to inform you that one of our neighbours, residing in the Basement Flat at 121 Fordwych Road, is currently carrying out excavation works on the property. During these works, they have encountered roots from the tree located in the pedestrian area within their property. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case they have not yet contacted you to ensure the proper procedures are followed to preserve the tree. For your reference, I have attached a photo of the roots.
