71 Marchmont Street

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 14:40, Tuesday 26 November 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council 2 hours, 38 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6787252.

There are about 6-8 glass cobbles on the pavement that have holes in them and are leaking into the basement. There has been a accumulation of water that has seeped into the walls and as a result mould had appeared. We have managed to clear away the mould and damp but drying up the walls, however the holes in the pavement (where the glass cobbles are supposed to prevent water from coming in) are open and causing rain to fall back into the basement. This needs to be repaired relatively swiftly to prevent the damp and mould from reappearing. Thank you for your assistance. To summarise, 6-8 of those glass cobbles that are on the pavement outside 71 Marchmont Street need to be repaired/replaced.
