Northwest trading blocks most of pavement

The merchant Northwest Trading places their stock bins across the pavement. These leaves space for only one pram to pass by. I regularly need to queue on Saturdays and Sundays past this establishment, or step into the road.

The establishment should mark on the pavement the extent of their allowed usage to avoid more issues to be raised. Or they should desist with misuse of the pavement.

Fix my street issue ref 6427149 was closed as fixed with no further notes, however, the problem still remains. If this issue is closed please add detail as to where to raise this complaint further.

Previous issue was raised to the license office but on my enquiry they said this was a fix my street issue. Please provide more details about next steps.
