Outside 29 Grove Place.

The road was very recently re-surfaced.

The culvert by the side of the property has been filled in with tarmac.

Following the heavy rain today, the water could not be diverted away from the property via the culvert. this has resulted in flooding of the road and of the basement of the property.

Unless this situation is resolved immediately, it will inevitably result in serious damage to the property.
