Traffic light on corner of judd street and Tavistock place

When turning left into Tavistock place from Judd street on my bike, there is a manhole cover that is incredibly slippery for bikes. I fell off my bike and badly injured my shoulder. A man at a local cafe who came to see if I was ok said that this isn’t the first time this has happened.
