Outside Leyland Shop - paving by the tree

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6752732.

The paving slab is raised by over an inch, rocks and is unstable. I tripped over it Friday night shortly before 8pm and caused injuries to my face, hands, elbows, ribs and knees. Jacket also torn in two places
