Outside office door to the right

I am writing to follow up on the previously reported issue regarding the broken pavement slab outside our office. Unfortunately, water continues to leak into the basement whenever it rains, causing ongoing problems.

On 07/10, I received an email confirming that this issue (Ref: 6524734) was marked as 'fixed.' However, the problem persists, and we have not seen any visible signs that work has been carried out to resolve the issue.

Additionally, we would like to request a copy of the engineer’s report and any photos taken to confirm the completion of the work.

This matter was initially reported under Ref: 6613326, but we have not had any contact or resolution regarding this ongoing issue. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate it if this could be addressed as a matter of urgency.
