Back garden of house 29 Gascony Avenue.

Reported via desktop in the Other tree issue category anonymously at 22:20, Thu 17 October 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6629433.

I am the resident of ground floor flat 27 Gascony avenue so have access to the garden.

There is a tree in the next door garden that has grown to the extent that the roots appear to have uprooted our garden wall and jeopardise the integrity of the wall.

We (27 Gascony avenue) are home owners as are those in 29 Gascony avenue.

Is it the councils responsibility to tend to the tree roots or is it the owners of 29?

We are worried about the repercussions of a brick wall falling as a result of the tree.

The wall is now so loose next to the tree it can be pushed over with ease.
