Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6573552.

I have recently reported this (ref 6529007 ) and got an update to say problem is fixed.However it's not as loose cover is still making hugely annoying banging noise everytime vehicles go over it . It is damaged and dangerous and needs properly filling with tar mac to repair this. We have to listen to it all day and night in a very busy main road. Please fix ASAP as this causes great anxiety.
